- Original and attested copies of certificates, degrees, CNIC, and four photographs must be brought by the candidate.
- Candidates for Islamabad must send the required documents to the following address: Directorate Hajj, near Koh E Noor Mills, Sector I-14, Islamabad.
- Candidates for Peshawar should bring attested copies of all required documents to the Directorate of Hajj, Hajj Complex, Plot No. 25-A, Sector E-8, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar on 18 April 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
- Submit your applications for Multan, along with photocopies of required documents, to the Office of Director Hajj Malik Rahyan Abbas Khokhar, Qila Kohna Qasim Bagh, Multan.
