Vacancy Details for Bank of Khyber BOK Jobs:

Positions:

1. Head Recovery Collection

Eligibility Criteria:

• The minimum education required is Graduation preferably in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized University or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having a Master’s degree.
• 15 years of overall banking experience is required with at least 05 years of relevant experience at the senior level in Corporate Debt Recovery/ Collection. Preference will be given to candidates having a proven track record of recovering large and stuck NPL Portfolios.

Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the Bank’s financial performance.
2. Developing policies, procedures and guidelines governing collection activity in optimal manner.
3. Implementing new strategies and action plans to improve collections and recovery performance.
4. Evaluate/ review recovery and collection performance and monitor highly delinquent and aged accounts.
