Now is the time to submit an application for the HEC Scholarships 2023. 75 National Top Talent Scholarship Programs for Pakistani Students is the name of the scholarship program for master’s and PHD students.

Pakistani nationals have the best opportunity to enroll in one of the top 25 universities in the world. The following nations are eligible for this scholarship: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, China, Switzerland, Japan, and Hong Kong. The duration of the scholarship is 2 years for master’s programs and 4 years for doctoral programs.

Requirements:
  • Age of applicant should not exceed 35 years.
  • Age relaxation for faculty members by five years.
  • Minimum grade point average (CGPA) of 3 out of 4 OR 3.75 out of 5 in first division or the semester system (not less than 60%).
  • GRE / TOFEL is required.
Eligibility Criteria:
  1. For the HEC scholarship, candidates from all around Pakistan are welcome to apply.
  2. Males and females are both eligible.
  3. The applicant cannot already be a recipient of another scholarship.
  4. The awards are for Master’s & Ph.D programs.
  5. For a Ph.D., candidates must have earned at least a second division throughout their whole academic career. 18 years of schooling.
  6. BE/BS or a master’s degree, which is the equivalent of 16 years of education
