- The maximum visits allowed will be 06 days per week.
- Only locals of the district are eligible to apply, however, preference will be given to candidate from Tehsil where the field is located.
- (Visiting Dispenser) required for Karachi and Engineering Field Party (EFP- IV) (Hyderabad)
- (Visiting Nurse) is only required for Karachi.
- The acquisition of consultancy services will be for a period of One (01) year.
- Revocation of the consultancy services from either party must be on a notice of at least two months.
- The consultancy rates quoted above shall be exclusive of all applicable taxes.
- The candidates will present/produce all credentials (in original) at the time of interview.
- Application/profile complete in all respect must reach the undersigned within 15 days after publication of this advertisement.
- The profile must contain attested copies of CNIC, all documents/testimonials and experience certificates.
